About me

Hello! My name is Chloe and I am the creator of The Female Performance Project. I am an IFBB Wellness Pro bodybuilder and an ex CrossFitter!


I started my journey in 2015 as a personal trainer in the UK before moving to the Middle East to coach CrossFit. In Kuwait and Abu Dhabi I developed, managed and coached at female only gyms, providing a community for the amazing women out there and putting on events which brought girls together with a common love for fitness! Back in the UK I was lucky enough to work with pH Nutrition - with whom I developed my nutrition coaching and was able to work with to build our female community! I have extensive experience in programming online for clients and gyms, and have participated and competed in a variety of sports including rowing, surfing, running, swimming, and CrossFit! I moved over to bodybuilding in 2022 and earned my pro status in 2023. 


The Female Performance Project is an individual nutrition coaching platform which is a culmination of everything I have learnt so far as a female in the fitness industry, both as an athlete and a coach. 


Throughout my time working as a trainer, one of the most common themes I have seen is girls not eating enough food to fuel the exercise they do in order to look a certain way - although this always ends up being detrimental to their performance! I have worked with girls who avoid lifting weights, and eating protein and carbs because they think it will make them ‘bulky’. Creating this program has been the pinnacle of my quest to help women to realise their potential by enjoying their food and using it as a tool towards hitting their goals! 


I myself have struggled with body image, periods of disordered eating, and cycles of restricting and bingeing. I have punished my body through exercise because i thought that if i wasn’t feeling broken after training sessions and hungry all the time, I wasn’t making progress! I want to use my experiences to help you thrive in your training and feel epic!
